Brave1 is looking for a manager who will identify and implement solutions that will change the course of war. What are the requirements for the Head of Defense Tech Task Force?

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the search for the Head of Defense Tech Task Force. What are the requirements for the candidate and how he can change the course of the war and accelerate Ukraine’s victory.

Responsibilities of the Head of Defense Tech Task Force:

To lead the development and implementation of technologies that change the course of war and provide strategic advantage.
To shape breakthrough technological solutions to address defense challenges and future combat scenarios.
Ensure rapid implementation of innovations from concept to battlefield use.
Coordinate cooperation between government agencies, developers, and partners to scale technologies.
Identify and launch game-changing solutions that accelerate victory.
Analyze global trends in defense technologies and adapt them for Ukraine.
Transform innovations into large-scale defense solutions of national significance.
Implement strategies that accelerate the development and application of technologies for victory.

«We are looking for an experienced manager who knows how to build teams, manage them, and push for results,» the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs emphasized. He also added that we need a leader who believes in the idea and will live by it and implement it.

Basic requirements for the candidate:

Experience in managing technology projects or R&D centers
from concept to implementation.
Knowledge of defense technologies, modern trends, innovations, drones, robotics, communications.
Leadership skills, successful experience in managing teams of various profiles.
International cooperation, work with foreign partners, understanding global trends in defense tech.
Systems thinking, the ability to combine different technologies to achieve strategic goals.

The head will be personally elected by the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and top DefenceTech specialists.
