N-iX announced the appointment of Pavlo Deshchynskyi as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision came into effect on September 10, 2026.
In his new position, Pavlo Deshchynsky will be responsible for the development and implementation of N-iX's strategy, financial performance (P&L), operational efficiency, and will also lead the company's executive team, the company announced .
Deshchynsky has been with N-iX for 19 years, joining the company in 2007 as a technical consultant and working his way up to vice president of engineering. Since 2020, he has served as chief operating officer, overseeing N-iX’s global engineering centers and implementing lean management practices.
“N-iX has been an important part of my life for the past 19 years, and I am proud of what we have built. My goal is to accelerate N-iX’s AI transformation and make our AI engineering capabilities central to how we serve clients around the world and help them prepare for the future,” said Pavlo Deshchynsky.
Company founder Andriy Pavliv will take on the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chief Entrepreneur. He will focus on shaping the long-term direction of N-iX's development and finding new opportunities to scale the business.
“Pavlo deserves this position. He transformed our development structure, played a key role in developing the technology consulting direction, and helped form today's leadership team. I am fully confident in his ability to lead N-iX through the next stage of growth,” commented Andriy Pavliv.
The company notes that contractual obligations, project teams, and customer engagement structures remain unchanged. N-iX will continue to strengthen its expertise in AI-enabled software development, application modernization, and data engineering.

Pavlo Deshchynskyi received a master's degree with honors in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, and in 2020 he completed the executive education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Before joining N-iX, he worked in the IT department of Ukrtelecom.
