At the same time, as noted in the DOU analytical material on this topic, the largest number of vacancies for candidates without experience were published in the areas of Support, QA, HR, Sales, and Marketing.
Among those with less than a year of experience in IT, the top 5 areas are similar: Marketing, Support, Hardware, QA, HR.
Meanwhile, there are frankly few offers for beginner developers — 28 vacancies for the third quarter were offered for Embedded engineers, 25 for Front-end, and 20 for Python.
At the same time, competition has also increased: while in January there were an average of 26 responses for one vacancy, in September there were already 47 people applying for one job.
At the same time, competition has increased not only among Juns, but in IT in general: from 23 responses to the vacancy in January to 38 in September.
The biggest competition for newcomers is in development, where 100 or more candidates can apply for several positions.
Young specialists in Hardware (5.5 responses to the vacancy), Technical Writer (9), Finance (10), SysAdmin (13), and Embedded (14) may feel a little more free.
