The working relationship between Filatov and Roman Joker-Kravets began 9 years ago.
The mayor of Dnipro Boris Filatov told "Hromadskyi" how Roman Kravets, the possible author of the Telegram channel, managed his Telegram channel.
"It was 9 years ago. This young boy (Kravets was about 20 years old at the time — ed.) somehow made his way to our campaign headquarters. At that time, SMM technologies were something new. It was a point of interest for us, and he talked about it very well," said Filatov.
Then, according to the mayor, he repeatedly communicated with Kravets, who created an official Telegram channel for him. Joker-Tailor was an administrator in it.

At some point, posts about Filatov began to appear in the "Joker" Telegram channel.
"At first he wrote that it wasn't him, then that he always respected me. Then you write that you will lose in the fight with the central authorities and want to confront me with them. He writes names and says that if I want to win, I have to say them," explained the mayor of Dnipro.
At the same time, they started writing to Filatov from anonymous numbers in Signal. According to him, there was an offer for 100,000 USDT to reveal who was behind the misinformation about him.
It is reported that the main income of the owner of "Joker" comes from media attacks. The story with the Uklon company, from which "Joker" requested $200,000 to stop constant media attacks, gained public publicity. "Citrus", "Stylus", "Techno Hedgehog" and others were also the heroes of dozens of incriminating publications of the Telegram channel.
We will remind you that in June, the material of "Hromadskyi" was published, where it was claimed that the owner of the "Joker" Telegram channel is the 29-year-old Roman Kravets, a candidate for deputy from "Servant of the People" in the 2019 elections to the Verkhovna Rada. Kravets himself says that he sold the channel 2 years ago, but does not name to whom. At the same time, during the two years of the large-scale war, he spent over UAH 8 million on luxury cars, lives in a luxury residential complex in the center of Kyiv, uses security services, etc.
