In the second half of 2024, the number of vacancies on jobs.dou.ua increased by 9%: from 28,790 (in the first half of the year) to 31,309, DOU reports .
During July-December 2024, the Hardware category grew rapidly in terms of the number of vacancies: +42% or 369 (in the first half of the year there were 260). From non-technical - Legal (+32% or 400) and HR (+26% or 1315).
The largest increases in the number of vacancies were in QA (+369 vacancies), HR (+272), and Analysts (+225). The largest decreases were in Sales (-93), Artist (-74), and Security (-46).
In the second half of the year, the miltech job category grew by 56% — plus 500 vacancies in half a year.
In six months, vacancies for specialists without experience have grown rapidly — +33%, with 11% each in the categories "over 5 years of experience" and "up to a year."
Over the last 6 months of last year, the largest increase in remote vacancies was recorded - over 2,000 more compared to the first half of the year.
The largest number of published remote vacancies on jobs.dou.ua was in October — +334% or 3,829. In December, out of a total of 4,584 vacancies, 3,123 were remote.
In addition to remote work, the number of vacancies abroad has increased by +26%. For example, in October there were 653 (or +63%). In December there was a decrease, which may have been influenced by the holidays - 548.
