Job seekers no longer have to switch to third-party messengers or e-mail to respond to invitations from recruiters — all correspondence is stored in their personal Work.ua account.
In the chat, you can arrange online or offline meetings, as well as request feedback after the interview.
According to the Work.ua team, the key advantage of the internal messenger compared to external platforms is security. Only verified companies that have passed moderation can write to the user.
