DOU has released its second study on the largest IT product companies in Ukraine, which also includes IT departments with the largest number of technical employees. The ranking indicates that 8 companies increased their staff by more than 100 technical specialists in a year.

According to DOU, Evoplay is the largest product company in Ukraine by the number of technical specialists. Ajax Systems and Genesis are in second and third place, with the same number of technical specialists.

The largest IT departments (excluding banks) belong to Vodafone Ukraine and ROZETKA. The fastest growth was shown by Nova Digital, which increased its team of technical specialists by 485 people in a year.
40% of companies surveyed increased their teams over the past year (12 actively, another 5 moderately), 26% remained stable, and 35% experienced a reduction in the number of technical specialists. In eight companies, the number of technical specialists increased by more than 100 people over the year.
Kyiv remains the main center of product IT in Ukraine — 43 companies have offices here.
Half of companies plan to actively hire employees in Ukraine this year.
Recall that the first study indicated that the 50 largest IT companies in Ukraine, as of January 2025, employed 79,648 specialists. In the second half of 2024, they lost 858 specialists, which is the lowest outflow rate since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
