«I joined the Roboneers team as Chief Operatinal Officer. This is not just a career move — it’s a commitment», -Kushnerska said on her LinkedIn.
Roboneers has been bringing together IT professionals, engineers, and former military personnel to produce UAVs, remotely piloted modules, software and situational awareness programs, and ground robotic platforms since 2014. Roboneers' most famous developments include the Sabre combat module, the Ironclad ground combat drone, and the Lynx and Camel platforms.
«I believe that my experience in creating systems at the national level, combined with the exceptional technical and production capabilities of the Roboneers team, can help us make autonomy the standard on the battlefield,» commented Natalia Kushnerska on her appointment, noting the importance of scaling NRC in Ukraine.

Kushnerska has led Brave1 since its inception in 2023. In early 2025, Brave1 and the Ukrainian Startup Fund merged into the Innovation Development Fund, headed by Natalia Kushnerska. In June, she announced that she was stepping down from this position, and Viktor Rudenko was appointed acting director of the fund.
