The catalog includes over 50 ready-made solutions for seven business verticals — marketing, sales, finance, HR, legal, and operations teams.

A feature of the approach is that most solutions were initially developed and tested on the company’s internal processes. According to Netpeak’s estimates, their use allowed to free up over 1,000 operational hours and save over $8,000 per month, which previously went to routine tasks and manual data processing.
«At FRACTAL, we don’t set out to create our own analogues of everything in a row — it’s a path to an abyss for resources. But there is a nuance. When there is an ecosystem of 30+ companies, you constantly run into problems where ready-made solutions either don’t work, or their adaptation costs more and takes longer than writing your own. Our ironclad principle works here: „first for ourselves“. We never make a product for the market from day one. First, we launch the tool within the group, get hard feedback from our teams, polish it to a shine, and only then do we think about the outside world,» explains Artem Borodatyuk, Founder & CEO of FRACTAL.
Among the solutions that have gone this way are Netpeak Aura (an ecosystem for analyzing client communications), Invoice Checker (an AI assistant for processing financial documents), GEO Brand Visibility Analysis (analysis of brand visibility in AI responses), and AI Linkbuilding Platform Analysis (automation of SEO processes).
What the catalog offers
The AI Solutions by Netpeak approach is built individually for each business — from AI audit and process analysis to integration with CRM, ERP and other systems, team training and building a roadmap with a link to KPI. The full implementation cycle includes four stages: business process analysis, implementation of AI solutions, scaling of effective scenarios and building an integrated AI ecosystem. In some cases, the approach allows automating up to 80% of operational processes, and the company receives the first results within 1–3 months after launch.
Among the specific solutions in the catalog are a legal knowledge base on RAG, which instantly analyzes contracts, policies, and cases and provides answers in seconds; a tool for analyzing the market and product position from all sources along with a bot for monitoring tenders; an AI agent for auditing content in social networks, which checks compliance with brand voice and reduces editing time by 60%; an AI assistant for SDR, which helps to reach 30–40% more leads and increase win-rate by 20–30% with the same team.
«Business doesn’t need AI experiments without results. Business needs systems that save time, reduce operational workload, and help make decisions faster,» says Oleksandr Konivnenko, Head of AI & Data Department at Netpeak.
What’s on the market
According to Zapier research, 72% of large companies are already using or testing AI agents, and 84% of executives plan to increase their investment in such solutions in the next year. According to Deloitte, AI adoption among large companies has increased by 50%, and BCG AI Radar 2026 records companies’ plans to double their investment in artificial intelligence.
Netpeak believes that the next step for the market is the transition from AI assistants to agent systems that perform specific tasks within the business infrastructure. The key challenge, according to the company, is not technological: many companies are strategically ready for transformation, but operationally not yet, and the result appears only where the business restructures the processes, roles, and management system itself, and not simply connects new services.
