"Nova Poshta" has been operating in Poland since October 2022 and has built the largest network outside Ukraine - 50 branches in 16 voivodeships and access to 25,000 inPost ATMs thanks to partnerships.
"For the first time, we invited a local manager to a top position in our company. This is an important step and at the same time a new challenge - linguistic and cultural. But it is precisely such changes that confirm the further transformation of the group: from a national business to an international company," says Nova co-owner Vyacheslav Klimov.
Jakub Karon has experience working at FF FRACHT (CEO) and Kulton Transport (COO). He specializes in developing and implementing company development strategies, sales and marketing management, and business process optimization, Forbes Ukraine reports .
Karon plans to strengthen the company's position on the Polish market, develop e-commerce and cross-border transportation.
Recall that in July, Nova Poshta CEO in Poland Serhiy Karputyev announced that he was leaving the company . Also in the same month, Nova Poshta announced the termination of cooperation with Oleksandr Bulba , who had worked at the company for 22 years and had held the position of CEO for the last 10 years.
