New opportunities for development in Western markets: Ukrainian Headway opens an office in Spain

Recall that in the summer of 2022, Headway opened an office in London. In total, in 5 years, the company has grown from 3 to over 350 people in the team and has also opened offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Nicosia, and also has hubs in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk.

"Spain has one of the most dynamic economies in Europe, and Madrid is its business capital and one of the leading centers of innovation and startups in the region. A local presence creates additional opportunities for us to develop in Western markets," the company noted.

“Our focus remains on launching new projects and creating jobs for Ukrainians,” comments Headway CEO and founder Anton Pavlovsky.

Headway plans to increase its team by 40% in 2025 and continues to actively hire Ukrainians. In particular, the company's website currently has open vacancies in Kyiv with hybrid work mode and the ability to visit the office:
