SoftServe announces appointment of new CEO
Global IT company SoftServe has announced the appointment of Andriy Stytsyuk as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will officially assume the new role on October 1, succeeding Harry Propper, who has led the company since 2023 and has dedicated over 18 years to SoftServe.

Until the end of 2026, Harry Propper will accompany Andriy Stytsyuk in his position to ensure a smooth transition and handover of affairs before his retirement, the company's press service reports.
Andriy Stycyuk has been working at SoftServe for 16 years. During this time, he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), playing a key role in shaping the company's strategy, strengthening its operating model, implementing M&A deals, and strategic investments.
The Board of Directors elected him to the position of CEO after a lengthy selection process, recognizing his contribution to defining the vision for SoftServe's future.

Under the leadership of Andriy Stytsyuk, SoftServe will continue to invest in strategic partnerships, its specialists, and advanced technological areas, including: artificial intelligence, physical AI, agent engineering, cloud technologies, and data work.

Former CEO Harry Propper also emphasized his complete confidence in his successor and the future of the company.
