Nvidia announced a multi-year strategic partnership with Lumentum Holdings Inc. to accelerate innovation in advanced optical technologies. Under the agreement, Nvidia will invest $2 billion in research, development, and manufacturing capacity, and build a new Lumentum manufacturing facility in the United States.
