Ukrainian startup Healthy Mind has released a major update to its mental health diagnostics platform. It includes a modification of the questionnaire for the corporate segment, digitalization of results, implementation of a mental balance model, and expanded personalized recommendations.
As the company notes in a press release, the central innovation is the mental balance model. It reflects the mental state through eight main areas: physical condition, self-control, zest for life, stress resistance, relationships, poise, confidence, and productivity.
The platform allows you to obtain digital indicators of the state of each of the spheres and track their dynamics, which helps users timely identify and correct changes in their mental state. The balance of these spheres helps improve the overall well-being of users.
Users also have access to a detailed comparison of the dynamics of each individual indicator. In addition, the system provides personalized exercises and effective steps to improve mental health. The effectiveness of Healthy Mind and its scientific basis have been proven on a sample of over 1,500 participants.
The startup announced that they are expanding their activities to the corporate segment.
The update involves the creation of a separate modified questionnaire specifically for people with jobs. In the corporate version, clients receive a detailed report on the mental state of the organization, which helps build an effective corporate well-being strategy. The corporate product also contains indicators demanded by organizations, such as the level of burnout, procrastination, etc.
Foundations that help vulnerable populations, in turn, gain access to detailed analytical reports that allow them to effectively allocate resources for psychological support to those who need it most.
It is noted that due to the cessation of funding from USAID, which was the main donor of psychological support programs in Ukraine, the demand for quantifiable solutions in the field of mental health has increased significantly.
Recall that the Healthy Mind startup, founded in 2023, came out of «stealth mode» in December 2024 and began beta testing its platform. At that time, it was reported that the company had received $1 million in investment over the past 18 months and plans to raise another million during 2025. These investments will help add functionality to the platform, expand its AI capabilities, and make psychological help available to millions of Ukrainians.
Healthy Mind was founded by Andriy Kobolev, Roosh Investment Group, and Marina Kvashnina and is based in Kyiv. The startup focuses on diagnostic B2B solutions for mental health in the workplace and plans to expand its activities to individual clients.
