Ukrainian investor Oleksandr Soroka announced that the Oppenheimer Acceleration Fund is launching the second wave of the acceleration program for defense tech startups from Ukraine.
The Oppenheimer Acceleration Program is designed to support Ukrainian defense technology startups and consists of one month of online training and events in Silicon Valley in early 2026. Selected startups will participate in coaching and networking sessions to connect with industry leaders and investors.
The Oppenheimer Acceleration Fund noted that participants will receive an initial investment of $25,000. After successful completion of the program, startups can receive additional funding from $100,000 to $500,000 from the Oppenheimer Acceleration syndicate. You can apply on the fund’s website.
Earlier, Ukrainian startup Swarmer, which creates drone swarm technology, received an investment from a new syndicate launched by the Oppenheimer Acceleration Fund. The $500,000 investment was the first deal by the Oppenheimer Syndicate.
In October, Oleksandr Soroka announced the launch of Ukrainian Valley, a Ukrainian «technological and scientific community» based in Silicon Valley, USA. The community’s goal is to unite Ukrainian technology talent, scientists, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley.
