«Great start to the morning with the Xbox team, where we discussed our drive to bring Xbox back, including Project Helix, the codename for our next-gen console,» Sharma wrote on X (Twitter).
According to her, Project Helix will support both games from the Xbox ecosystem and PC games.

Former Xbox president Sarah Bond previously hinted that the Xbox of the future would be more like a high-end gaming PC than a traditional gaming console. Bond also emphasized the importance of cross-platform gaming to the Xbox brand.
Project Helix is expected to support the Epic Games Store and Steam video game services. Gamers speculate that this is one of the reasons behind rumors that Sony is planning to stop releasing PlayStation story-based games on PC — it doesn’t want its console exclusives to become available on Xbox.
