The PlayCity State Agency fined LLC «BOOKMAKER COMPANY «FAVBET» for violating the requirements of the law and licensing conditions. The company assures that it uses exclusively licensed software in its activities.
This is stated in the agency’s decision of January 27, 2026, issued based on the results of a scheduled inspection.
According to the document, two fines were applied to FAVBET for violations committed during 2023, 2025 and 2026, namely: UAH 8,647,000 and UAH 432,350.
The company must pay the fines within three months, or appeal the decision in court within this period.

In addition, according to this decision, due to repeated violations, FAVBET must initiate administrative proceedings in the case of termination of licenses previously issued by KRAL during 2025–2026.
At the request of the dev.ua editorial office, FAVBET responded that it uses exclusively licensed software in its activities that complies with the current legislation of Ukraine and international standards. The presence of all necessary licenses is confirmed by official documentation.
«The company consistently complies with regulatory requirements, responsibly fulfills financial obligations to customers and ensures the stability of operational processes. FAVBET does not agree with the decision of the PlayCity regulator to apply penalties and considers it unfounded. In this regard, the company will defend its position and business reputation, using all mechanisms provided for by law.»
We remind you that in January, FAVBET was already fined almost UAH 2 million for violating legal requirements regarding interaction with PlayCity.
