Former president of Kyivstar, founder of the educational project Kontora P, Peter Chernyshov, announced a reinvestment in the Ukrainian online psychological assistance platform Pleso Therapy. The company is raising $2.5 million at a pre-money valuation of $30 million.

«I was one of the first investors in Pleso. And I’ll tell you a secret — now the company’s valuation is 10 times higher than when I first joined. And this time I’m investing again,» Chernyshov wrote .
According to him, the round was opened by the angel syndicate ICLUB. The attraction is taking place through a Convertible Loan Agreement instrument with a 14% discount. The minimum check is $5,000. The deadline is February 16, 2026.
Chernyshov notes that he himself is a client of the platform: «I am a Pleso client myself — I have already had over 20 sessions. To be honest — the beginning was so-so, I didn’t like the first psychologist at all. In ordinary life, I would simply not go to the clinic again, but the feature of Pleso is that you can simply replace this psychologist with someone else in a few clicks, as I did.»
According to him, this is one of the key advantages of the service — the ability to quickly select a specialist.
The investor emphasizes that the changing attitude towards psychotherapy creates a large market:
«In the States, going to a psychologist is like going to the dentist — they perceive it as hygiene. Here, it’s better to endure for a long time and accumulate until a nervous breakdown… And that’s exactly Pleso’s task — to make psychotherapy sessions THE NORMAL.»
According to him, the online therapy market in Europe is estimated at $15 billion.
While Ukraine was the company’s launch site, Poland now generates over 60% of sales. The company is also growing in Romania and has launched in the UK, where it already employs around 50 psychologists out of around 550 in the network. 85% of revenue comes from sales in the EU and the UK.
The platform’s clients include Uklon, Ciklum, Innovecs, and N-iX. In total, Pleso has over 80 corporate clients covering about 25,000 employees. «It’s better for an employee to deal with their stress with a professional in a few sessions than to burn out and quit,» Chernyshov notes.
According to the investor, 67% of clients return for the second session, LTV to CAC is more than 2, the plan is to reach $20 million in turnover by the end of 2026
The company’s goal, writes Chernyshov, is a Series A round in 2027 with a valuation of $70–80 million. He called for investment in the project. «First, geography, this is no longer a purely Ukrainian story. Ukraine was the start, but now Poland makes up over 60% of sales. They are actively growing in Romania and — attention — launched in the UK, where about 50 psychologists already work (out of about 550 in total in the network). And the British market is 10 times larger than the entire Central European market. This is a clear, transparent business that solves a real problem (and does not invent it), earns foreign exchange earnings (85% of sales are in the EU and the UK) and shows very active growth,» he argues.
Among the current investors are Vchasno Group and Oleksandr Usyk.
