The State Tax Service press service indicated that this tool takes data from the RRO Data Accounting System. It tracks Ukrainians who «systematically receive funds into their own accounts for goods sold» and are actually engaged in entrepreneurial activities without state registration.
The tool also receives data on individual entrepreneurs who also receive funds to their accounts, and do not have registered PPOs/PRPOs. It has been operating since March 1, and in the first 20 days, it helped the State Tax Service identify «tens of thousands of taxpayers and citizens» who systematically receive funds to their own accounts.
«In some cases, the number of transfers per person reaches hundreds of transactions, while there is no state registration or use of RRO/PRRO», the tax office said.
The State Tax Service called for compliance with tax legislation in order to avoid financial and administrative liability in the future.
We will remind that at the end of 2024, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Danylo Getmantsev, stated that in the first quarter of 2025, a new analytical system of the SOD RRO for identifying risky transactions when making cash payments will be launched into commercial operation.
In February of this year, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine also approved new rules for commercial services to the population, which strengthen consumer protection, particularly in the field of online trading.
