«Mr. President, you can count on this support,» Jonas Gar Støre said during a live broadcast with Ukrainian translation of the statement from «Suspilny», emphasizing that Norway supports the right of a sovereign country to fight against aggression.
«The tripling of Norwegian defense support will now be immediately translated into drones, artillery, ammunition support, and investments in our own Ukrainian production base,» the Norwegian Prime Minister noted, referring to a message from the Norwegian President that he received at a briefing before meeting with the Ukrainian President.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Norway for its assistance and personally Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre for his cooperation.
«We can also do much more together in the production of various types of drones, which is now faster, cheaper and more effective in practice in Ukraine. We see this,» said Volodymyr Zelenskyy, emphasizing that in this area, in his opinion, Ukraine is one of the most efficient and fastest countries in Europe.
