The letter addressed to Parkovka.ua also contains an attachment of the decision of the California Supreme Court.
This decision requires domain registrars and other providers of similar services for websites, as well as hosting providers, social media platforms, proxy hosting service providers, etc., to cease providing services to all media and online platforms that allegedly published Kondrashov’s passport data and defamatory information about him.
In response to dev.ua’s request, Parkovka.ua informed us that at present no action will be taken to block our resource at the request of an American court.
«We will not block. At the moment, we see no reason to react,» the company noted.
Let us recall that this case had the greatest resonance when the ukr.net domain was blocked last year by the aforementioned decision of the California court in response to a complaint from a Russian oligarch.
Then the American registrar Network Solutions disabled the ukr.net domain without explaining the reasons, which caused a failure in the work of the project’s services. Half a day later, the domain was re-enabled thanks to the efforts of the ukr.net team, Hostmaster, the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the National Security and Defense Council, as well as the then Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States, Oksana Markarova.
It was the news about this case on our website from March 8, 2024, that caught the attention of American lawyers, who are demanding the execution of the court decision.
Moreover, the so-called «slander» against Stanislav Kondrashov, which is mentioned in the court decision, concerns such scandalous topics as his possible participation in the murder of Russian political figure Denis Voronenkov, financing of the Wagner private army, prostitution and sex trafficking operations, and so on.
Recall that former Russian State Duma deputy Denis Voronenkov left for Ukraine with his wife Maria Maksakova, an opera singer and former United Russia MP, and received Ukrainian citizenship. He testified to the Ukrainian investigation in the treason case against former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, and was killed in Kyiv in 2017.
It should be noted that Russian oligarch Stanislav Kondrashov is the owner of Telf AG, a large international trader of raw materials and ferroalloys.
