Ukrainian marketplace Rozetka has launched its own AI assistant for searching for products. The tool, called Rozetka AI, allows users to find the right items using free-form text queries, partially replacing the traditional navigation and filter system of the catalog.

Rozetka AI works as a personal consultant that instantly analyzes the entire assortment of the marketplace. Instead of wandering through the categories on your own, the buyer can simply write a free-form query, for example: “design laptop up to 40,000 UAH” or “choose a router for a large apartment.”
Among the key capabilities of the smart assistant:
Accurate selection and comparison: AI finds relevant products, compares their characteristics, and clearly shows the pros and cons of each option.
Fast review analytics: The assistant processes and summarizes hundreds of comments from other buyers in seconds, saving you time reading them yourself.
Suggest alternatives: If necessary, AI will find budget-friendly analogues or suggest useful related products.
Seamless shopping: The selected product can be added to the cart directly from the assistant dialog window.,
The company emphasizes that artificial intelligence performs exclusively a recommendatory function - the final decision on the appropriateness of the purchase always remains with the client.
Rozetka AI is built on leading large-scale language models. The assistant has uninterrupted access to the entire ecosystem of online store data in real time: it operates on current prices, availability information and reviews, generating answers in real language. The marketplace team notes that it continues to test new algorithms to ensure the best quality of interaction.
Rozetka AI is already available to users both on the web version of the site and in the official mobile applications. The assistant window can be expanded using a special icon and minimized at any time.
“Rozetka AI does not replace regular search — it complements it. The client no longer needs to waste time on filters and comparisons — it is enough to describe what is needed. This is the first such product for Ukrainian e-commerce, and I am glad that we did it,” commented the launch of the Rozetka-Evo group co-owner Vladislav Chechotkin.
The Rozetka website states that the AI assistant has already processed over 1 million user requests, and the average selection time is 30 seconds.
