After the news of the «energy truce» established between Russia and Ukraine, people apparently began to massively cancel orders for charging stations, power banks, generators, and other equipment that is relevant in times of energy crisis and blackouts.
This information was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, referring to his communication with an entrepreneur who sells the specified machinery and equipment.
«There is a telling moment. Yesterday, as soon as information about a possible energy truce appeared in Telegram channels, people began to cancel orders for energy equipment. Lukashuk added that we should not live in expectation of an «energy truce», but «prepare for worst-case scenarios to the extent that it is possible under the current conditions.»
«There will be no forecasts, it’s a thankless job. But rose-colored glasses are unnecessary now,» he concluded.
We also analyzed what to do in situations where Ecoflow is not working, because currently you can wait weeks for repairs due to huge queues. We told you how to protect the station from malfunctions, what is covered by the warranty and what is not, and whether it is worth discharging the devices to 0.

An iOS developer has created a Blackout Math app for EcoFlow, Bluetti, Anker owners, and those who are first-time home battery buyers. It helps calculate backup power during blackouts
