«When we announced the opening of an office in Romania, our goal was to attract 100 specialists within two years. We are currently moving in accordance with this plan. The staffing depends on the requests of our clients, because it is they who decide in which regions their teams should be located. At the moment, we observe that approximately 60% of vacancies are directed to Ukraine, but Romania remains an important direction for development,» N-iX responded to dev.ua’s request.
Regarding plans to open new foreign offices in 2025, N-iX did not provide a specific answer.
«At the moment, we have no specific plans to open new foreign offices in 2025. However, we operate in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing. We closely monitor the needs of our clients, analyze the market and opportunities for growth. If conditions and requests arise that require new locations, we are ready to respond quickly and expand our presence in strategically important regions,» N-iX explained.

Currently, the company already has 4 technical experts working in India on two client projects, but in fact, active recruitment has only just begun. The Indian office is focused exclusively on hiring local specialists.
