At the same time, as the story shows, Dmitry Prokudin potentially would have been able to leave legally, because later young people up to 22 years old were given such a right, but at the time of his departure, such a permit was not yet in effect.
When a Bihus.Info journalist called Prokudin, he confirmed that he left Ukraine as a musician for Petro Chorny, but refused to name the amount he could have paid for it.
At the same time, Serhiy Matusov, the organizer of Peter Chorny’s concerts in Spain, which were actually constantly canceled for some reason, told reporters that Dmitry Prokudin was supposed to provide technical assistance, including connecting speakers and adjusting the lighting.
Judging by Dmitry Prokudin’s LinkedIn profile, he works as a Python Full-Stack Developer and lives in the Valencia area.
Judging by the plot, Petro Chorny himself did not know any of his «musicians», nor whether they had returned to Ukraine from their trips abroad.
Meanwhile, as dev.ua previously reported, a programmer who was denied travel abroad by border guards despite having business trip documents was stopped on his way home and accused of attempting to illegally cross the border.
