The Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment is warning about a new fraudulent scheme.
The bot asks users for their last name, first name, address, and other personal information. Thus, by providing their personal information to third-party resources and bots, users risk becoming victims of fraudulent schemes. This can have serious consequences: from creating fake profiles to attempts to access various private resources.
To create the illusion of trust, fake videos with reviews about the "effectiveness" of this service are also published online.
"The Ukrainian Center for Education Quality Assessment warns participants in the national multi-subject test (NMT), their parents, and teachers against interacting with fraudulent bots that mislead by allegedly providing information about the date and location of the NMT," the message says.
Important: information about the location and date of the NMT can only be found in the personal account of the NMT participant from May 4.
