The only service for checking and paying parking fines, "Fines UA", has been transformed into "Antibork". How the functionality was expanded

The already existing service for drivers «Fines UA», where you could check, view photo confirmations and pay parking fines, has been expanded to the «Antiborg» application. «We have expanded the functionality, and now „Fines UA“ is becoming a comprehensive service for checking and guaranteed payment of all types of fines and debts in one place in one click: proceedings for unpaid alimony, taxes, court fees, overdue traffic fines, etc.,» said Denys Dmytrov, co-founder of eTOLLs EU and «Fines UA».

According to him, the transformation was prompted by the growing number of Ukrainian citizens who do not know the difference between a fine and a debt, do not understand how debts arise, and most often learn about the existence of a debt when their account is already blocked.

In addition to the ability to see and pay all fines in one place, the application’s functionality has been updated to allow viewing and paying old fines. Fines from previous years are not displayed in any of the state services — now they can only be found in «Fines UA». If you enter your data for verification in the service, the fine will become available for viewing and payment.

The updated comprehensive solution for controlling and managing financial obligations allows:

• automatically receive the most complete information on all types of fines and debts for free — from traffic fines to enforcement proceedings in justice
  pay them without the need to enter details — in 1 click;
• see the history of all payments and the current status of the debt.

To use the new «Anti-Debt» feature, you need to:

• Update the «Fines UA» application to version 4.5 or higher, or for new users, download a new one.
• Enter all documents to obtain information about fines and debts.
• Set up the «notification on demand» function, which will allow you to find out about a fine or debt at the moment it occurs.

The application can be used today provided that you have a vehicle or a driver’s license. Other data will need to be entered according to the instructions.

Today, «Fine Fines UA» is the only service that provides the opportunity to instantly find and guarantee payment of any type of fine or debt in 26 registers for free. Receive notifications about the appearance of any debt under the entered RNOKPP (enforcement proceedings, customs debts, receive confirmation of debt repayment).

In the next iteration, it is planned to provide access to the service to a wider audience.
