Search for a job safely: robota.ua launches a major update to protect job seekers
Job searching should be safe and comfortable. However, for a long time, the labor market in Ukraine has faced systemic challenges: fake vacancies, suspicious employers, demands for excessive personal information, and communication outside of platforms in messengers.

In response to people's need to feel secure while searching for work, robota.ua is introducing a fundamental platform update — a multi-level security system. This is not a separate feature, but a new logic of interaction between job seekers and employers, in which protection is integrated into every stage of contact.

What's new: comprehensive protection built on transparency, control, and technology
Verified employers: companies are verified through a QES — qualified electronic signature. This legally confirms the reality of the employer, and the searcher sees the “Verified” mark.
Anti-fraud system: new security algorithms detect phishing and questionable vacancies before they appear on the site. Protection works in real time and is constantly learning.
Personal data privacy: Searchers can hide their phone number and decide when to reveal their contacts. Control over personal data is now in the hands of the user.
Secure chat: communication with the employer takes place only in the robota.ua internal chat. It is adapted for mobile devices, allows you to block users, record suspicious activity, and leaves the entire dialogue history on the platform.
Anonymous resume: the searcher can hide personal data (name, photo, place of work, phone number) and be visible only to employers they trust.
"Security is not an option, but a necessity. We have created a multi-level system that operates at the platform level and puts control tools in the hands of the searcher. We believe that honest and transparent interaction is the new standard of the labor market," robota.ua comments.
