Sigma Software Labs, the corporate venture fund of IT company Sigma Software, is looking for two CEOs for portfolio startup projects.
The first startup is a social platform (community marketplace) that helps Ukrainians abroad find proven services and buy Ukrainian goods. It solves the problem of information fragmentation: useful recommendations are scattered across Telegram chats, Instagram, and Google Maps. Currently, the service covers Ukrainian communities in 30+ countries, has over 2,500 community users, and a working MVP of the marketplace.
The second startup is a B2B FinTech platform based on Web3 that allows companies to pay contract employees in cryptocurrency with full tracking and reporting. This service solves the problem of risky and opaque crypto payments for global teams. The platform has already processed over $1.5 million in payments and has active customers; the team is currently focused on attracting new users and expanding integrations.
As Sigma Software Labs explained, the products have already gone through the most painful part: they have tested the problem, received confirmation of demand and traction.
"Now, the point where most projects either take off or stall is scaling. That is why Sigma Software Labs seeks to attract experienced entrepreneurs who can lead these projects as CEO partners and accelerate their development," the fund explained.
According to Daria Yanieva, investment director at Sigma Software Labs, this is a role for people who want to build but don't want to start from scratch again.
“The products have already been tested — we have understood the market, gathered solutions, seen demand. Now we need a co-founder CEO who will take the lead and scale. On our side — the full Sigma Software ecosystem: technical teams, product and design, DevOps and security, legal and financial support, as well as access to a network of customers and partners. We work side by side as hands-on partners,” notes Yanieva.
