According to him, the team will work on products for millions of Silpo guests and tens of thousands of employees. The focus is on experiments with new AI models, agent systems, and rapid testing of product hypotheses.
«We are working on products for millions of Guests and tens of thousands of overachievers. We experiment a lot, quickly test hypotheses, work with agents, new models, and build services that solve real problems,» Drozd wrote.
He also noted that he will personally mentor the new team — participating in the development of specialists, discussing ideas, approaches, and technical solutions.
The company is looking for people who are interested in not just integrating ready-made AI services, but also creating their own AI products, working with modern models and agent systems, and influencing products used by millions of people.
