Anna later added that she was then told that now the money can only be returned to the Glovo bonus account, and later promised to return «all the money to the card from which the payment was made within 14 days,» and wrote that she hopes that everyone else will be refunded as well.

Report the entire situation… start with this immediately and take screenshots of your correspondence with it… Then the bank’s support service will forward the application to the legal department… In theory, the funds will be returned this/the next day🙌.»
In delivery services, tips are usually added as a separate payment element that the user must confirm before being debited. If the amount appears without being reflected in the receipt or without explicit confirmation, users are usually advised to immediately capture screenshots, contact the service support and, in parallel, open a complaint with the bank regarding the disputed transaction.

We will definitely inform you about the complete resolution of the situation and the completion of the refund process.»
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how a journalist ordered delivery from Glovo for UAH 1,100. A minute before delivery, the company canceled the order and says that now it cannot refund the money.
