This is reported by DOU, based on the responses of 805 specialists, including Project Managers (PMs), Product Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Product Owners (both in product management and in scrum), Scrum Masters, as well as Engineering Managers and Head of Product.
Engineering Manager salaries remain the highest of all management roles, not just by median but across all quartiles. But they haven't increased and have remained roughly flat since the summer. In December 2025, the median salary was $7,000.
The largest increase among management roles was recorded for Delivery Manager — +$700 in half a year.
