The OnliFans model from Vinnytsia is appealing the tax authorities' notice of the imposition of fines in the amount of UAH 12,853,196.63, which the owner of OnlyFans paid her over three years.
According to the case materials, the model did not declare the funds received from Fenix International Ltd for creating content on the OnlyFans platform. This is UAH 1,508,702.69 in 2021 and UAH 11,344,493.94 in 2022. Of these amounts, according to tax authorities, the model should have paid UAH 2,313,575.39 in personal income tax.
Accordingly, the average earnings of this model in 2022 were about UAH 945,000 per month.
Another case being considered by the Vinnytsia District Administrative Court involves a different model. The court is demanding evidence from tax authorities and banks that the girl received funds from a British company.
Due to the understatement of the total annual taxable income due to the failure to declare funds received from the British business entity Fenix International Ltd for creating content on the OnlyFans platform to a bank account in the amount of UAH 12,853,196.63, it was also charged an additional UAH 192,797.95 in military tax.
The OnlyFans creator from Rivne region is challenging the demands of tax authorities to pay UAH 840.28 in military duty and other taxes in the amount of about UAH 20,000 for the $6,127.5 doh received from Fenix International Ltd during 2022.
Another model from the Rivne region, who is currently disputing the data of tax authorities, allegedly received $22,283 in income in 2022. Therefore, tax authorities are demanding payment of more than UAH 180,000 in taxes and fees.
In turn, in September, four models from Odessa went to court. One of them, according to tax authorities, evaded income taxes in the amount of $36,988 from Fenix International Ltd for creating content on the OnlyFans platform in 2022. Accordingly, her average monthly income is more than $3,000 per month. According to the Tax Service, the girl must pay more than UAH 300,000 in income tax, UAH 25,000 in military service. In addition, she must pay about UAH 10,000 in fines.
The earnings of another model from Odessa were estimated by tax authorities at $63,350 for 2022. Accordingly, she earned over $5,000 every month. She was overpaid with over 43,000 UAH in military duty, over half a million UAH in income tax and fines.
Another Odessa woman earned $35,893 on the OnlyFans platform in 2022, officials say, citing data from OnlyFans' parent company. That means her monthly earnings were nearly $3,000. She is now contesting tax evasion charges.
The next Odessa case concerns a model who allegedly received $122,627 in income from the British in 2020-2022. In particular, in 2020 — $1,810, in 2021 — $50,282, and in 2022 — $70,535. Taxpayers are demanding that the model pay about 1 million UAH in taxes and fines.
Accordingly, her average monthly income from OnlyFans was $5,800 in 2022.
Meanwhile, the Kyiv District Administrative Court is also considering a case involving the OnlyFans model. The case materials do not indicate the amounts of earnings, but the court is demanding evidence of the accusations from tax officials.
Also in September, a case was considered regarding the activities of an OnlyFans model from Kirovohrad region. During 2020-2022, the adult content creator received $43,321 from the British Fenix International Ltd. Zoerkma for 2020 — $5,422.00, for 2021 — $25,417, and for 2022 — $12,482. Accordingly, the model’s monthly earnings ranged from $1,000 to $2,000 over the past two years.
Previously, dev.ua reported that OnlyFans creators are challenging the regulations on additional tax assessments. And some are managing to prove that the tax assessments are groundless.
