SoftServe is scaling its Robotics & Advanced Automation team. What specialists will they hire?
Due to the global growth in demand for automation and autonomous systems, SoftServe plans to hire about 100 robotics specialists in the Robotics & Advanced Automation team in the near future.
Due to the global growth in demand for automation and autonomous systems, SoftServe plans to hire about 100 robotics specialists in the Robotics & Advanced Automation team in the near future.
The company is looking for specialists of all levels, including in Ukraine, from Junior to Senior+, but the focus is on experienced engineers. The new team will create systems at the intersection of AI, computer vision, sensors, and simulation environments for robots. Priority is given to candidates with experience in ROS, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and Omniverse, as well as autonomous navigation systems and digital twins.
"Specialists with experience working with ROS, NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse, digital twins, and autonomous navigation systems are especially valued. It is no longer enough to be an expert in just one field — the greatest demand on the market today is formed precisely at the intersection of artificial intelligence, modeling, sensors, autonomous systems, and real-time control," explained Lubomyr Demkiv, Director of Robotics & Advanced Automation at SoftServe.
The team will focus on developing industrial automation, autonomous transportation, high-precision modeling, and robotic fleet management systems. Solutions will be created for the manufacturing, logistics, and aerospace industries.
In Ukraine, engineers have the opportunity to test robots in a physical environment at the SoftServe robotics laboratory in Lviv. In a 600 m² space, teams test solutions based on the Unitree G1 humanoid, KUKA, UFACTORY, WLKATA robotic manipulators, mobile platforms, their own robotic systems and a vertical farm. The laboratory allows for experimentation with computer vision, sensor systems, mechanics, simulations and motion control algorithms in real-world conditions.
