As reported by the SoftServe press service, this Indian technology services company specializes in agentic assurance, product engineering, and intelligent managed services.
«The agreement significantly expands the range of services that SoftServe offers to clients and strengthens the company’s ability to serve them regardless of where their operations are concentrated,» the company noted.
Thus, more than 700 engineers from the aforementioned Indian company will join SoftServe.
«More and more SoftServe customers are developing large-scale Global Capability Centers in India, where business decisions are increasingly being made and engineering development is being carried out directly. Being present alongside these teams in the same time zones and working environment allows SoftServe to co-create solutions in real time and respond quickly to new opportunities,» commented Andriy Stytsyuk, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer of SoftServe.
It is known that Kapil Godani, CEO of NewVision Software, as well as Balan Ramaswamy, COO and the leadership team will continue to lead the company, ensuring business continuity for customers, employees and partners.
NewVision Software will continue to operate under its own brand as a company wholly owned by SoftServe.
As dev.ua reported, SoftServe hired over 120 Juns this year despite cutting staff by 3,000 people since the start of the war.
