«As of today, it is estimated, not to give an exact number, less than a million — in the region of between 900,000 and 950,000 people,» writes the Interfax-Ukraine agency, referring to the words of Denys Shmyhal, which he said during question hour to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.
The Prime Minister noted that this number is acceptable, it has been fixed for a long time and does not affect the mobilization processes that the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense need.
