The fourth stream of the Security Tech Leadership certificate program has been launched for managers working in the private/public/public sectors who seek to strengthen their expertise in the topic of security technologies.
The program provides practical knowledge and tools necessary for making strategic decisions in the context of large-scale technological warfare .
It is based on the many years of experience of the Victory Drones team — one of the largest projects for the development of security technologies in Ukraine, supported by the expertise of leading industry specialists.
The certificate program is implemented jointly with the Kyiv School of Economics, a world-class educational institution with an excellent reputation both in Ukraine and abroad.
Since fall 2025, the team has already launched 3 training streams. In total, over 130 leaders have joined the course, aiming to get the most concentrated insider information from the security and defense sector.
The program consists of 50 lectures on various topics from procurement to cybersecurity. Participants gain skills such as:
The course lecturers are leading practicing security experts: owners of miltech companies, fund managers, experienced officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and civil servants. In particular, Arsen Zhumadilov, Kateryna Chernogorenko, Yulia Marushevska, Oleksandr Chendekov, Serhiy Beskrestnov (Flash) and others.

About the format
The training takes place in a hybrid format — online and offline in Kyiv .
The course duration is 2 months. Classes are held 2-3 days a week.
Participants will be able to listen to recorded lectures, and upon completion will receive a certificate from Kyiv School of Economics and Victory Drones.
Registration for the 4th stream will last until May 10, 2026.
