«Today I held a „Technological Betting“ primarily on drones and long-range strikes by Ukrainian drones,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on the official Telegram channel.
The headquarters also conducted an analysis of recent strikes, the quality of strikes, the results of their use, and the most effective drone models. Both military and government officials and manufacturers of drones and other weapons were present.
The President noted that the participants in the bid managed to discuss many technical details, in particular, increasing the ability of our weapons to overcome Russian electronic warfare and air defense.
In addition, they talked about how it is still possible to increase production. «We still need contracts, financing, investments from our partners,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted. He added that manufacturers offered specific technological solutions.
In 10 days, according to the president, the Headquarters will return to the announced issues. «We need answers to everything that was said today,» Zelensky added.
The President stressed the importance of the continued production of drones and their modernization. «This is one of the key deterrent systems for Russia, which is needed in the long term to guarantee the security of Ukraine,» he noted. And he added that a significant economic advantage would be how we would be able to export security, but after the war.
The focus, which, according to Zelensky, is important right now, is to increase the effectiveness of the use of Ukrainian weapons.
