Djinni has released the top hires for February, most of which are in Ukraine and Poland. While in January the maximum offer was $10,000, in February it was $8,000.
In January 2025, top hires on Djinni had salaries ranging from $10,000 to $8,000. In February, the salaries of top offers decreased and were almost at the level of December.
So, February’s top hires were with salaries ranging from $8,000 to $7,000. There were three offers in Ukraine, the same number in Poland, and one offer in Montenegro, Djinni reports .
Last month there were 3 hires for $8,000 in Ukraine, Poland, and Montenegro:
- CTO / Enterprise and Software Architect, Kyiv, Ukraine;
- VP of Business Development, Warsaw, Poland;
- Principal Software Engineer Full Stack Node.js and JavaScript (Angular + React), Architect, Budva, Montenegro.
Three offers were with a salary of $7,400 — $7,500 in Ukraine and Poland:
- Senior Fullstack JS/TS (React, Node.js, AWS), Kyiv, Ukraine;
- Lead/Senior Software Engineer, Warsaw, Poland;
- DevOps Engineering Lead/System Architect, Warsaw, Poland.
The smallest offer from the top 7 was for $7,000 in Ukraine — Solution Architect .
For comparison, the salary for most top hires in December was $7,000.
Djinni previously reported that in 2024 there were 133 hires with salaries over $7,000, nine of which were hires for $10,000. But this is half the number in 2023.
