The co-founder and CEO of Netpeak Group told us which messengers he prefers for work.
"I respond to messages in messengers, because there is a lot of communication. It reminds me of a zombie apocalypse, when you shoot everyone with a machine gun. 90% of communication takes place in Telegram and 10% in WhatsApp. But I am ready to communicate everywhere, I use Viber and Signal," the entrepreneur said.
He explained that the company usually uses Telegram in its work. “We compared all the messengers, among its advantages are sending large files, the ability to record videos and pin messages, and good search,” Artem Borodatyuk added.
The CEO of Netpeak Group also said that he writes down personal and work goals and tasks in Google Docs using a template. He updates them every six months, usually for birthdays and New Year's. Then he transfers everything to Google Calendar.
"Now 30-40% of my working time is taken up by recurring meetings. There used to be more of them, but I gradually reduced them. There is no need to plan every morning, because I put new meetings on my calendar during the week. I try not to hold more than four meetings a day. In addition, there is always an hour break between them. During it, I respond to messages in messengers," said Artem Borodatyuk.
