This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov at the presentation of «Veteran Pro» in the «Diya» application, Interfax-Ukraine reports .
«We plan to launch a number of new services in the near future. We have now started working on the most convenient pension service in the world,» he said, adding that «it will be magic.»
Recall that the Minister of Digital Transformation also stated that 52% of requests for support from «Diia» are already being closed by artificial intelligence.
According to him, beta testing of receiving consultations for citizens using artificial intelligence is underway, and they will be launched for all users in the near future.
Fedorov previously claimed that the «Diia» application should turn into a full-fledged AI agent and launch services for businesses as a state-owned company with a commercial model.
