«I like the view that replacing all human cognitive functions is a matter of time, it’s not a question of whether it’s possible,» the KSE president said in a conversation with Maria Berlinska on the Dignitas channel.

Timofey Mylovanov emphasized that the speed of development of AGI (Artificial general intelligence) can be compared to the linear process of improving electronics, which has occurred since the 1980s.
As for the timeline, the KSE president believes that in about 20-30 years, most, if not all, cognitive tasks will be outsourced. «If you have an employee with whom you can work via Zoom, then these are the tasks that can be optimized in the future with the help of a digital avatar or agent,» he explained.
Timofiy Mylovanov noted that both people and companies will need to prepare for this process, in particular, develop empathy and humanity.
The KSE president noted that his statements are based solely on the opinions of experienced wealthy people, «and not on what Elon Musk writes on social media or tweets on X.»
