The case of embezzlement of funds at the fortifications involved the companies "Cyklum Software" and "Luxsoft Ukraine", which have nothing to do with IT. How did this happen?
MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, analyzing the materials of criminal cases opened by NABU regarding the embezzlement of funds at fortifications, discovered that, among other entities, LLC «Cyklum Software» and LLC «Luxsoft Ukraine» were also involved in the withdrawal of these funds.
Meanwhile, as the deputy claims in his post on the TG channel and video analysis, these companies, of course, had nothing to do with IT and were only masquerading as major players in the Ukrainian IT market.
«Among the companies are the names of LLC „Ciklum Software“ or LLC „Luxsoft Ukraine“… but it’s very similar to the well-known companies Luxoft and Ciklum? Well, these are different companies. It’s just that our corrupt officials chose the names of both Ukrainian and foreign companies as much as possible so that they resembled something well-known. And the payments for „software development“ did not attract attention,» the MP commented.
As he found out, corrupt funds were transferred between the accounts of a number of enterprises and accumulated in separate accounts, after which they were converted into currency and withdrawn to the accounts of non-resident firms.
Pseudo-IT companies, according to Yaroslav Zheleznyak, were just receiving funds for «software development,» which, of course, was not actually carried out.
«I did not agree to „share“ and did not succumb to corruption demands. My post can be considered a public accusation of corruption of officials.» MacPaw CEO Kosovan declares another illegal decision regarding the company’s leased land plots in the Kyiv region
