«If you live in the Bay Area, work at a technology corporation or startup, or do research at a university, join us on LinkedIn and register for the first event, which will take place on October 2 at the Consulate of Ukraine in San Francisco!», — Soroka said.
The Ukrainian Valley website notes that the community’s goal is to unite Ukrainian technology talent, scientists, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley. So far, the community has attracted about 500 tech professionals, 50 companies and startups, and 25 investment funds and business angels.
The first Ukrainian Valley meetup, which will take place on October 2 at the Consulate of Ukraine in San Francisco, is a networking event that will bring together Ukrainian scientists, researchers, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley. The event will feature technical discussions, startup presentations, and meetings with investors.
In the fall of 2023, Alexander Soroka participated in the GPT Party 2.0 artificial intelligence event in Silicon Valley, which was attended by «good Russians» from the tech industry.
