Ukrainian AI startup Uspacy opens a bridge-to-seed round of €300,000 to achieve growth targets by the end of 2026.
As AIN writes, citing a comment by Uspacy co-founder and CEO Dmitry Suslov, the funds will go primarily to product development and marketing.
«We already have a commitment of €50,000 of this amount and are actively negotiating with several funds,» Suslov noted, adding that the round is planned to be closed in the second quarter.
To date, a business angel from Ukraine has already joined the financing, and the startup is simultaneously negotiating with European funds.
The publication reminds that in the product area, Uspacy is focusing on the development of Agentic AI, so the new funding should accelerate development.
Also, according to the CEO of Uspacy, a significant part of the funds will go to marketing with a focus on the Ukrainian market and experiments in English-speaking markets in Europe.
Uspacy previously announced the transformation from an all-in-one product to the Agentic AI platform: the updated version of the product focuses on prompts for actions for the user — the system analyzes data, suggests next steps, and helps make decisions.
«A completely new feature of Uspacy is insights. AI will be able to find and suggest non-obvious things. For example, see a customer segment or identify an unnecessary link in the sales funnel, indicate a loss of communication with a prospective client or a deal that has been stuck for some reason,» said the company’s CEO.
Subject to attracting financing, Uspacy plans to double its MRR in Ukraine to 80,000 euros and increase the share of foreign clients to 20%.
Last year, dev.ua reported that the startup Uspacy had raised €420,000 in investment. The round was led by Estonian fund Startup Wise Guys with an investment of €250,000.
The company was established in April 2022 in Kyiv and immediately became a resident of «Diya.City». Uspacy was founded by Dmytro Suslov, Kyrylo Melnychuk, Spartak Polishchuk, and Volodymyr Pimakhov.
