Ukrainian game developer Eduard Pizhuk has released the debut trailer for his project Catfall, which tells the story of a cat astronaut who survived a spaceship crash.
In Catfall, players will be able to customize their tail’s appearance and embark on a short adventure with a third-person camera to find the crew of a spaceship: their feline friends and their dearest person.
«In this world, you will have to explore a mysterious alien city and try to unravel its secrets,» the developer says of the game. According to him, the cat astronaut will face puzzles, meet new friends, and dangerous enemies.
The first trailer shows off an early prototype of the game, which resembles Stray, a cyberpunk adventure game about a stray cat who finds himself in a city inhabited by robots, machines, and mutants and tries to return to his family.
«We finally have the first trailer for Catfall! The game is still in the early stages of development, but you can already get an idea of what to expect,» said Eduard Pizhuk.
Catfall already has a Steam page that announces a full Ukrainian localization of the game. The project does not have an exact release date, only plans for 2025, but it can already be added to the wishlist.
