Ukrposhta has announced an open tender for the purchase of cloud hosting, data processing and transmission services (reserve), according to the Prozorro procurement website.
The winner must provide Ukrposhta with computing resources, including over 3.39 million virtual processors, 13.1 million GB of RAM, over 438 million GB of "fast" and 219 million GB of "regular" virtual disk.
The participant's data center must meet the Tier III Uptime Institute standard and be located in Kyiv or Kyiv region at one location (one postal address), but no closer than 5 km from the main Ukrposhta data center.
The agreement also provides for:
Cloud services must run on licensed Microsoft Hyper V or VMware ESXi hypervisors;
- Mandatory availability of management system compliance certificates: ISO/IEC 27018:2019 (protection of personal data in the cloud). ISO/IEC 27017:2015 or DSTU ISO/IEC 27017:2017 (security of cloud services);
Internet access at a speed of 1 Gbps;
L2 data transmission channels between data centers at speeds of 10 Gbps or more.
The term of provision of services is until December 31, 2028. Payment will be made monthly after the actual provision of services.
The deadline for submitting tender proposals is September 2, 2025, with the opening of proposals scheduled for the same day.
The amount of the tender offer security is UAH 500,000, which is 0.43% of the expected value. Additionally, a contract performance security of 5% of its price is provided.
Previously, Ukrposhta launched a new mobile application, which contains a number of updated features for parcel management, tracking, and payment.
