The court received a paper claim from Ukrzaliznytsia without the proper payment of the fee of UAH 5,127 (1.5% of the claim price). Instead, the company is requesting a postponement of payment, citing technical problems.
«On March 23, a hacker attack was carried out on the plaintiff’s IT infrastructure, which made automated systems, workplaces, and services of Ukrzaliznytsia inaccessible, including those related to financial transactions,» the case materials state.
The court notes that the statement of claim does not comply with the norms of the Commercial Procedure Code due to the lack of evidence of payment of the fee.
