«For the first time in 1.5 years, we are opening a recruitment of Trainee SEO specialists! We are looking for 3 people with no experience in SEO, whom we will train, pay for training, and gradually involve in practical tasks on real projects,» she noted.
According to Krasiukova, this case is quite unusual for their agency, because until now they have almost never hired juniors, but have mostly hired Middle and Senior-level specialists to join the team.
«Now we have decided to take a different path: to grow great specialists within the team, from scratch and according to our approaches, and to strengthen the current team with additional resources,» explained the agency’s founder.
She explained that the conditions for candidates include the following:
Anastasia Krasyukova added that they focused on finding full-time switchers who «want to develop» and «are ready to invest in themselves, their knowledge, and a new profession.» Experience is not required, but having completed courses would be a plus.
