«You can fill out a report for returning to service in 5 minutes,» said Kateryna Chernogorenko. According to her, the entire path to the new unit is quick and clear.
What you need to do to return from the SVLU and change units using «Army+»:
The serviceman will fill out a report and select the VSP department where he can arrive within 24 hours.
The department will process documents and help you safely get to one of the 17 reserve military units.
Within 72 hours, the commander of such a unit must restore all cash payments and social guarantees.
After that, the soldier can fill out a report on the change of place of service in order to transfer to the desired unit. To do this, you must have a letter of recommendation (relationship).
If a serviceman is not in the SZCH for the first time, by law such a report can only be submitted by December 31 inclusive.
How to return from the SVLU using the «Army+» application:
In the report templates, select «Return to service from the SVLU.»
It will be necessary to indicate the reason for leaving the service, for example, «I considered the commander incompetent.»
Select the military law enforcement service (MLS) branch where you plan to arrive.
Pull up a military document and a letter of recommendation and the system will remind you that upon return, the serviceman can be transferred to another unit.
It is necessary to provide current contact information: actual address and telephone number, as well as other military information, and the report will be generated.
The report generated in the application must be signed and sent.
The submitted report will appear in the list of other reports being processed. The serviceman will receive notifications about its status.
After successfully approving the return report, the application will remind you that it is now possible to transfer to another part.
Notifications and explanations will be sent for each subsequent stage of the return.
